I have developed Project I.G.N.I.T.E. is a youth mentorship and leadership-development initiative designed to help middle and high school students build the skills, confidence, discipline, and accountability needed for success in school, careers, and adulthood. Through mentoring, career literacy, leadership development, communication, goal setting, and life-readiness activities, the program connects students, families, schools, and community leaders to create a stronger support system for young people as they prepare for their next stage of life.
